Punching with the Wiedemann C3500 CNC Turret Punch Press enables high-speed, precise hole punching and complex shape cutting, essential for producing intricate components with minimal waste. This CNC system ensures consistent results, reducing labor and material costs due to its automated capabilities, which allow it to operate continuously and precisely.

Shearing with the Amada 102 degree Shear allows clean, accurate cuts in sheet metal, minimizing the need for post-cutting finishing. This equipment's precision cutting contributes to waste reduction and prepares materials for further forming processes, enabling efficient workflows.

Forming with Cincinnati and Accurpress Press Brakes and Power Rollers ensures flexibility in creating various shapes, from simple bends to complex contours. The Cincinnati 90-ton and 60-ton Form Masters, along with the Accurpress 60-ton CNC Press Brake, offer high-tonnage power, enabling bending and shaping of thick and thin metals. Their CNC controls allow for precise bends and repeatability, vital in batch production. The 483 Power Roller further aids in forming rounded and cylindrical shapes, enhancing design possibilities.

Together, these machines maximize productivity, reduce errors, and allow for rapid, scalable production of complex metal components. This setup is ideal for meeting modern manufacturing demands, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in sheet metal fabrication.
